1. Bingo Update - Our next BINGO Night will be March 24th @ 6pm. We could use all the volunteers we can get and PLEASE be there by at least 5-5:30 for setup. The BBQ sandwhiches went over well and the shortened menu helped.
2. RANCH RODEO - March 28th starts @ 6 PM. We need concession voluteers. RRRA members and volunteers need to be there for setup at least by 4 PM. Aiming for 20 Teams but will take as many as we get so please spread the word and get with Kevin, Stacy, Becky, Katy, or Leann for flyers to hand out or more info. There will be Muttin Bustin as well- Signups @ 5 PM and starts @ 5:30 PM. $20 entry 7& under and 70lbs. or less. Ranch Teams are $600 per 4 person team. Ranch Rodeo will be 4 events and we will also have Ranch Bronc which will be $100 to enter. Teams entering please call Kevin @ 580-514-3978 or Laramie @ 580-668-0791. Spectator entry fee is $10 per person and 10 & under are free!
3. 2026 Membership Drive - Family Memberships are $40 per year and Single Memberships are $20 per year. It was discussed to think of some strategies to increase the RRRA Memberships and we came up with a few: "The Bring 1 Family" Challenge, Post our events, pictures, awards, family stories, membership values, and monthly spotlights to social media. As current members, we ALL need to work together and spread the word and excitement of what a wonderful family oriented riding association the RRRA is. Let's push for more members this year and let's have a blast doing so!!!
4. 2026 Playday Season - March 7th will kick off our 2026 Playday Seaon and the POINTS (for members) start then!!!! So let's rustle up as many new members as we can!!! Playdays are still the 1st Saturday of each month, March- November. The March - July Playdays will be Register at 1 PM and Starts at 2 PM. Then ug. & Sept. Playdays are register at 5 PM & starts at 6 PM. Then our last two, Oct. & Nov., are back to Register at 1 PM and starts at 2 PM. Each Playday we always need volunteers to help out. Each family that are members are to help with 2 events at the playdays at least. There will be 5 events at $5 each or do all events At $20 total. Exhibitions will be ran after EACH EVENT!! Exhibition rides are $5 per ride. 2026 playday dates are as followed: March 7th, April 4th, May 2nd, June 6th, July 4th, Aug. 1st, Sept. 5th, Oct. 3rd, & Nov. 7th.
5. Boomtown Rodeo - June 12th & 13th. We need to start gathering up Sponsors!!!! The earlier we start, the stronger our Boomtown Rodeo will be!!!!
6. RRRA Improvements & Planning- We discussed and approved to purchase 2 porta potties from Mr. Griffith and pay for them right after the Ranch Rodeo. Also, we discussed adding the top to the pavillion in a few weeks.
7. Member Expectations & Workdays- Workdays are mandatory for our members 16 & up. It is extremlely important for us all to participate in all the RRRA does in order to keep our riding club running smoothly!! We will need to work at least 3 workdays each until we start getting more members then we can adjust the schedule.

PAINTING IS ALWAYS NEEDED AND IS IN THE CONCESSION. IF A COLOR IS NOT THERE PLEASE BUY IT AND KEEP THE RECEIPT SO YOU CAN BE REIMBURSED.
ALL CONTACT INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN TO ALL MEMBERS TO CONTACT ANYONE TO HELP YOU WITH ANY OF THESE PROJECTS. CALL ANYONE TO TELL THEM YOU WANT TO WORK ON A PROJECT.

WORKDAYS FOR NEXT YEAR TO QUALIFY TO BE A MEMBER: Each Family will be signed up by the President to take care of arena all year as a member.
AGAIN WHEN YOU JOIN UP TO THE ASSOCIATION TO BE A MEMBER YOU ARE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES TO QUALIFY FOR ANY KIND OF BENEFITS THE CLUB HAS TO OFFER
